The options for cooking fish and vegetables are endless - it all depends on the contents of your fridge, your tastes and the time you have available to cook. I needed to make a fish dinner, had some vegetables in the fridge, and this is what I ended up with. I note that the vegetables were eaten almost faster than the fish.
